About Eric Miller

Eric Miller specializes in workers’ compensation litigation. With his extensive experience in working with cases on both sides, he has gained a unique perspective that allows him to fully understand his clients’ needs.

After years of handling compensation insurance claims and partnering with some of the finest lawyers in the field, Eric Miller began representing injured workings in 2014, when he joined forces with Marcia Alvey and the Alvey Law Group. With Marcia’s untimely death in 2020, Eric continues to represent injured workers.
